About

Life is really hard, especially if you’re a teen or young adult. From school to finances, to friends to family...the pressure just keeps growing. And these pressures? Well, they can make you feel worried, anxious, and even alone. But here’s the thing, it doesn’t have to feel this way.

As your therapist, I see you (or your teen) for the person you are and meet you in the thicket of risk and opportunity, through your challenges and your strengths, and then help you build the skills to face those pressures, make healthy choices, and feel happier.

Together, we will specifically use techniques that are focused on your overall health in body, mind, and soul/spirit. By including your overall health in this capacity, you and I are able to unite your personal and cultural perspectives in our work together, ultimately supporting you in reaching the outcomes you want.

In-person and online appointments available with a free 15-minute phone call to make sure that I’m the right fit for you. To learn more about me or schedule your 15-minute call, visit my website at https://interfaithbridge.com/counseling

Frequently asked questions

Whether you are calling for yourself or your teen, our first consultation or in-person meeting will consist of us reviewing the reason(s) for seeking support, where you and/or your teen are in life, and what you're interested in exploring. Your initial phone consultation is absolutely FREE. Once we find that we are the right fit, the first few sessions together will involve a process of getting to know one another, sharing you and/or your teens' history, and discussing the short and long-term goals of our work together.

Each person and reason for coming to therapy differs from person to person as well as family to family. Because of this, the number of necessary sessions will vary. However, I will always be transparent with you on your journey with us.

I am Psychotherapist who holds a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health: Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. My drive and passions lie in the realm of Interfaith Relations and Youth Collaboration, which I bring to Interfaith Bridge Counseling with over 12 years of experience and with an emphasis on one’s discovery of self, spirituality, and multicultural diversity. My expertise in spirituality and the therapeutic world acts as a reminder to our community, teens, and young adults that they are not alone in their experience of life.

For mt standard 45-minute individual counseling sessions, I operate on a no-questions-asked sliding scale starting at $60 per session for individual counseling.

Youth between the ages of 12 and 18 years old are eligible to receive individual counseling for $25 per session.

At this time, we are unable to accept insurance or Medicaid.

I help tweens, teens, and twenty-somethings overcome challenges like low self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty managing stress, depression, FOMO, and more so that they can learn the skills to face such pressures and feel happier.
