Hello, thanks for considering booking an appointment. Most clients typically have a clear therapeutic objective when seeking my services.

My approach draws from my wellness and fitness background and applies an inquisitive approach into my role in assisting the therapeutic process of healing and recovery in the body. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2019.

Typically, I start new clients with an intake to investigate the areas of concern that are most pertinent for the appointment length that we have. Through observation and communicating well with a client, I’m able to provide the most effective session to address a client’s needs. No ailment can ever be fixed within a single session, but I hope that a therapeutic massage appointment can set a good trajectory for lasting healing.

Therapeutically focused massage. Chronic, acute, and medical concerns. Will use mixed modalities after discussion with the client about what the objectives and comfort ranges are.
