I'm a licensed and insured massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in numerous techniques as well as a certified fitness instructor and certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I also studied a Physical Therapy Assistant who's worked with high- profile clients in the entertainment, professional sports(NFL and NBA), and 5-star hotel services industries.
