Integrative Bodywork

I offer a wide variety of modalities, that I cater to your needs for each session. They include Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Deep tissue Integration, Manual Therapy, Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic Massage, Muscle Energy technique, and Counterstain. I'm often able to gently manipulate the bones so they fall back into natural alignment. I have worked with many different injuries bringing relief to many different clients. People leave feeling relaxed, with a sense of more mobility, and less stress in their system. I have been in practice since 1993. Working in fitness clubs, Chiropractic offices, Integrative Medical Centers, Yoga studios and my own private practice. I have 1000 hours of training being a CMT(certified Massage Therapist)DOMTP Diplomat in Osteopathic Manipulative Theory and practice.

I really enjoy working with all different kinds of people. I never know exactly who is going to walk through the door of my office, although I have a lot different skills to draw from that I have made my own. I like to approach each person with fresh eyes, and my deep intuitive sense. I also enjoy learning new things, and one of the ways I do that is getting to know each persons body.
