I am passionate about your health and helping you connect deeply with your mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I will take the extra time to listen to your needs and goals and hold you in a space of utmost respect. I offer Massage Therapy and Alternative Healing Sessions. Customized Massage Therapy Sessions utilizing both East and West traditions: I am studied in Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Triggerpoint Therapy, Structural Integration, ZenTouch Shiatsu, Tui-Na Acupressure, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Lomi-Lomi, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massage, and Fire Cupping. I will utilize the skills I have learned to create a session that is optimal for you. Before our session we will go over any injuries, trauma, concerns, contraindications, and anything you prefer or don't prefer during a session. I will check in with you throughout the session about the pressure and if I find a place that requires extra attention. Customized Healing Sessions help release what's ready to go, unblock and restore the circulation of blood and energy pathways, and help to inspire a renewed thirst for life in feeling more deeply connected with yourself on your path! My greatest joy is supporting you in connecting with your own capacity to heal yourself, connect with your intuition, and gain clarity on your path onward. Mixing modalities from the East and West traditions, a session with me is unique and customized for you. I have many references and have been in private practice for 7 years. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will connect via a phone call, text exchange, or email. I will ask questions relating to your needs and desires and we will see if we are a good fit for each other.
Please come to the Healing Arts Studio, in Santa Monica a few minutes early so we can have a check-in.
During our session, I will check to make sure everything is going well and adjust the session accordingly.
You will pay in full at the completion of our session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Massage Therapist in the state of California since 2013, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Health and Life Coach, and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner.
I have studied these practices because they have been influencial in my own path of recovery.
I create custom healing plans for people depending on their needs and desires.

How did you get started in this business?
After living through three near death experiences, I navigated my recovery with holistic health practitioners. The relief, care, and healing that I received changed my life. It inspired me to study the work that helped me get through that time. I have studied for the past 8 years different modalities including Massage and Bodywork, Reiki, Breathwork, and Health/Life Coaching.
