I have been in practice now for 24 years and have continued to focus on the Body/Mind connection. I believe bodywork goes beyond attending to muscles; it also promotes realignment with the Universal Life Energy force. My intention is to create the conditions for this realignment so that each individual has the opportunity to reach his/her ultimate potential.
I am a licence Massage therapist. Nationally Certified. My specialty is Craniosacral therapy and Energy healing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The session will usually begin with a discussion of my client current health issues and his/her goals for the treatment. I normally start the session by doing some soft tissue work: it helps the client to relax and gives me a better idea of where the muscular restrictions and/or the tension pattern are. It also gives me a feeling of where the energetic body stands.
Then I will start the craniosacral work and depending upon the client complains, his/her specific pain and discomfort and what their body is communicating I will orient the session accordingly.
