I sought out Lesley for help with anger issues four years ago and she has vastly improved the way that I move through life. Lesley genuinely cares about me. During our sessions, she and gently pushes me out of my comfort zone in a non-judgmental way. Deep emotional work with Lesley has resulted in me becoming more present and aware of my fears, and taught me how to feel these emotions rather than push them away (which previously lead to my anger). She gave me the tools to deal with my emotions and showed me how my past experiences shape my current reality. Though initially resistant to therapy, I evolved so that I now look forward to my sessions with Lesley. I know that I will be challenged and that I will leave each session feeling better than when I arrived. Highly Recommend!

Kaya brings the instinctual and loving presence to her massage. I have received a massage from Kaya quite a few times, as she gave me a massage while we were at the Esalen Institute. Her energy is surreal, and can only be mirrored from immersing into the rhythmic energy of the waves crashing into the Big Sur shore. There are many places that offer massage in this world we live in, but very few offer the mind-body connection that Kaya can bring you to. She moves like a water fairy and can make you feel nurtured and cared for.

I flew into town so he picked me up at the hotel and brought me back after the massage. Office is clean and in a very nice setting/building. Massage was great and just what I needed. Eric believes in natural healing and uses his skill well. Highly recommend him and will call again next time in town. He also is the only one to respond to my request for a weekend appointment.
