I've been a Personal Trainer for 13 years and a Massage Therapist for 7 years. My specialty is Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue for acute and chronic pain. My goal is to get clients out of pain, and moving better. I love working with clients who see me for both training and massage because we can work towards relieving discomfort and pain in the body, while also strengthening the areas of the body to reduce compensation patterns and reocuuring pain and improve overall posture and mobility.
