Kindred Circle Massage Therapy and Mindset Coaching offers a healing and empowering space for women that guides you to break through the chronic pain and release the barriers we set, to be able to heal emotionally and physically.
Mindset Coaching will help you recognize and pivot from negative patterns in your life, eliminate emotional baggage and give you tools to diminish stress, anxiety and depression.
As a certified practitioner and coach of Neuro Linguistic programming, Time Line Therapy ®, and Hypnotherapy, I offer breakthrough sessions designed to help women heal past negative emotions, learn tools to balance an overwhelming work-family lifestyle and guide you to create a life that is positive, fulfilling and rewarding.
Key achievements in our coaching together include: Discover root problems that prevent you from moving forward, help you recognize and pivot from negative patterns in your life, eliminate emotional baggage, diminish stress, anxiety and depression, empower you to be at cause in your life and take action to achieve what you want, regain a sense of focus and purpose, and so much more!
Mindset Coaching is offered in person and on a virtual platform.
Our space provides a kids corner for those moments that you need a tribe to support your healing time. So bring your kiddo with you and you both will enjoy quiet time!
We focus on providing services for women, but men are welcome with a referral.
