What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will arrive 15 mins early to set up and so you can fill out an intake form. I will ask your areas of focus and go over body needs and goals prior to session. Depending on your needs is what determines if I will start your massage face up or face down. Typically I start face down and work back, neck and shoulder tissues first. Stretch the arms, flexors and quads. This takes about 30 - 45 mins depending its a 60- 90 min session. I then turn you over, stretch the neck, arms legs, gluts and lower back. I then perform massage to neck, shoulders and legs. As always professional table side manners, diaper tight tuck draping is applied to ensure the security, privacy and to avoid inappropriate exposure of all clients.
