Since 2011 Ruqayyah has worked with hundreds of clients: from athletes to mothers to students to working women. I help clients manage chronic pain, relax, reduce stress, & lead healthier lives.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist with almost 1500 hours of massage training and a Certified Master Life Coach. Bodywork sessions are all inclusive and may include hot towels, aromatherapy, hot stones, or cupping. Coaching sessions are done online and may cover many areas including self esteem, limiting beliefs and how to accomplish your next goals.
