Kristen is an excellent and very knowledgable therapist. I have been working with her for nearly 2 years now, specifically addressing long-time chronic knee issues from being an athlete, and back issues from scoliosis. Shes strong (I love deep tissue work), and also integrates cupping and stretching into our sessions. My pain has decreased, posture and balance have improved -- & my athletic performance is drastically changed for the better! I love working with her so much, I recommended her to my mom (whos in her late 70s with mobility issues). Shes now a regular client, too. Mom says she not only feels relaxed after seeing Kristen, but she felt immediate improvements to her range of motion after the first session -- I can turn my neck now! Highly recommend Kristen from AdapToFit!

Kristin is a great massage therapist! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. I think she gets her fingers and elbows into places no other massage therapist has. She works out my knots and tight spots, which relieves my pain and makes my job easier. I also like the convenience of her coming to my home.
