Results based therapy backed by 29 years of experience in Washington state. Having worked closely with Doctors, Physical therapists and Chiropractors, I do evaluations and assessments to personalize a plan for optimal healing. Dual licensure in Washington and Arizona, certified myofascial release, trigger point, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, sports massage, cupping, active release therapy, active isolated stretch, evaluation and treatment of soft tissue injuries.

I am a therapist who knows within 2 sessions if I can help you regain what you've lost due to injury, trauma and most medically-based conditions that can slow you down. If I cannot help you, I will tell you and suggest other courses of action.

I truly love what I do and because of that, it doesn't feel like work! I'm fascinated with how amazing the body is and love teaching others how to improve their results for healing, performance and overall well-being.
