What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a short health history paper and couple of short forms. Then we talk about what they need from the massage.
I explain what I will be doing and remind them to let me know if pressure is enough or too much, etc.

How did you get started in this business?
I have a background as an LPN that went back to college and got my associate degree in Physical Therapy and licensed as a PT Assistant. After a few years, I went back to school and trained to become a massage therapist.
I am now self employed
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with adults male and female from 18 years to 90. I have also worked with clients that have traumatic brain injury, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and many orthopedic and soft tissue injuries.
