Reiki is a Japanese holistic healing process that brings your body to a parasympathetic state. In this state, your body can naturally heal from disease and ailments.
A typical session has a combination of pressure from feather light touch to deep tissue massage. Esalen technique is a long flowing touch that calms your nervous system so that your body naturally releases vasopressin, a hormone that tells your body that it is safe to heal. This can be combined with sound and light therapy that allows your body to heal at a faster and more efficient rate.

I have had many Reiki massages before and once you feel they are all the same you will beg a differ once you have received one by Chrystal. She is by far WAY more knowledgeable and professional then ones I have received in the past. You will find the fact that you will feel simply amazing and full of energy. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be booking another session in the future!
