What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st, Introduce myself then, have new customers do the Intake forms. 2nd get information on what is expected for the session and execute!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in Applied science for Massage Therapy. I have cupping, hot stone certification as well.
How did you get started in this business?
I started massage therapy because touch is the most powerful yet important thing in life, and i believe in natural healing!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all kinds of customers from athletes to people working a 9 to 5 job.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have some type of license or certification. Please do not be scared to asked questions knowledge is power and we're here to help you.
