What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally speak to clients regarding their needs, expectations, and wants over the phone first. Addressing any concerns, special requests or needs of clients. The price, best times of service and location. Clients fill out new client paper wrk upon first appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold licenses in the states of Washington and Hawai'i where I attended:
2 year Medical massage therapy degree - Spokane, WA
6 month Makua Spa & Lomi lomi academy - Kailua Kona, HI
I'm certified with most major insurance companies
I'm also a certified Reiki Healer, Lomi lomi practioner.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in mobile massage because I wanted to be able to help people feel better with out the use of medications. I also wanted to be be able to provide a service that ANYONE could access equally regardless of being home bound, disability, cultural backgrounds or age.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with and have worked with all types of clients. From infants to geriatrics and everyone in between. Those with severe medical conditions and terminal illnesses, sports athletes, as well as those just needing a good relaxation session.
