Located in West Seattle, I specialize in trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and working with chronic pain and injuries. I aspire to cultivate an environment of peace and healing, as well as educating you on daily practices and stretches that can further your healing. I take a personalized, holistic approach to healing from the inside out.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a thorough intake to establish my client's goals and a treatment plan. I continue to keep communication open throughout their massage to ensure that their massage is customized to their specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed massage therapist, MA60763812. I have trained in cupping therapy, trigger point therapy, specific work for injury treatment, and continue my education by taking new classes every couple of months.

Standard cost for an hour massage is $100.
How did you get started in this business?
I have a passion for holistic healthcare and found relief for my own chronic pain through massage. It peaked my interest and I found myself in school just a few months later. It's been incredibly rewarding work and I'm so fulfilled by it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in clients with chronic pain or tension and those whose stress affects them physically.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask yourself what your goals for the session are and be aware of your daily habits so you can relay those to me. Exercise, work, sleep, and postural habits all contribute to your body's physical wellness and I can help you find techniques to improve all of those areas.
