About
I'm an excellent massage therapist with 20 years experience. I use stretching, deep tissue, and long relaxing strokes to help muscles relax and the body heal. My goal is to give you the best massage you've ever had, and to leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and in less pain. My style is advanced, creative and unique. I love the technical aspect of massage, but also embrace the energetic and emotional component of healing as a reiki master. I am always striving to be better, and seek out the very best in my field to learn and grow from.
I love making people feel better. I enjoy the feeling of exceeding expectations, and providing sessions unlike what most people have ever experienced before. Life is hard, and we feel the stress emotionally, energetically, and physically. Being a healer is my passion, and leaving people in a better state than when I found them is what makes this job the best in the world.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a thorough intake process, going over pertinent health history, goals for treatment, preferences for all aspects of the massage sessions (draping, pressure, style, lotion, music, etc). Every massage can be tweaked for your needs, goals or even your mood that day. People are complex, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach to massage. My goal is to make sure you are completely comfortable and relaxed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Utah College of Massage Therapy, which has since been purchased by Cortiva, but was one of the premier schools in the country at the time. I went to their basic massage program, and returned for their clinical career track, where I studied advanced deep tissue, advanced Eastern, and advanced cranial sacral therapy.
I am a reiki master.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $100 for 60 minutes, and $145 for 90 minutes. My fee reflects my skill and my experience. Outbound, aromatherapy, stretching, deep tissue, and electric massagers all included in that price.
How did you get started in this business?
I knew I wanted to be a massage therapist from a young age. My parents are huge fans of bodywork, so I learned early to rub feet and backs. I started school at 19, and never looked back!
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! Athletes, quadriplegics, recovering addicts, moms, dads, the young and old. I am accepting of all.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would let a potential LMT know exactly what you're looking for. Don't be afraid to describe your idea of a perfect massage. Are you wanting to relax? Are you looking to heal aches and pains? Do you have a chronic issue you're working through? Are you nervous? Are you open to try new things? Are you having an exceptionally bad day/week/month? If you have distinct likes or dislikes, let us know, and we'll be able to better predict if we're a good fit for you. Self-care is an investment, and if I know exactly what you want and need, I can help you maximize your investment, or simply save you the time and money if I know I won't be a good fit for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are my goals for my session? How are my aches and pains interfering with my life? What pressure do I like? Am I comfortable having my face, scalp, pecs, abs, glutes, or feet touched? Am I comfortable with creative massage work? What draping techniques am I comfortable with? (FYI, despite your comfort level, going completely without draping is never an option.) Do I have any allergies or skin sensitivities? Am I scent-sensitive? Will having certain parts of my body touched trigger unwelcome memories or emotions? (Not a reason to avoid massage, but something to think about disclosing to your LMT, if you're comfortable doing so. Or just put up a boundary; for example "please don't touch my neck.")
