I have over 25 years experience in massage therapy. My commitment as an integrative massage/bodywork Therapist is to address with a mind/body/spirit approach. I work from my home to provide a professional as well as nurturing environment to provide a healing atmosphere. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First appointment includes an initial physical assessment, which includes muscle testing , body alignment, clients expectations & needs. My emphasis is developing a treatment plan that will bring the client back to their optimal state.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to 1200 hrs in massage school & extensive training with master teachers in U.S. including Hawaii, England, & Bora Bora. Trained with John Barnes the Myofascial creator. I also have a Bachelors degree in Social Work. I am an Integrative therapist who combines many modalities (techniques) to treat the whole person.

My rates are below the standard rate based on including many upgrades in the cost.
$65 hr includes aromatherapy, hot towels, topical muscle relief, as well as hot stones for deeper relaxation.
i offer discounts on packages to insure clients continue to get the necessary time to support their success in reaching homeostasis.
How did you get started in this business?
I retired from Social Work & wanted to have a stress free career, with option to choose my hours & eventually create my own practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients from 14-85yrs old. I assess the clients needs based on age, level of activity, initial stress factors. I have worked with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, as well as Rehab & Recovery populations. I have had over 100 Prenatal/Postpartum massage clients. I have worked extensively with athletes in therapeutic sport massage & bodywork which includes PAS stretching. I have experience in working with Fibromyalgia & RA.
