What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new client I spend a few minutes going over any concerns and problem areas of the body or pain that has to be focused on. I also explain what they can expect during and after the massage is complete, including details of the massage process and care afterward. Next, I check the areas to be addressed.

How did you get started in this business?
I am working at a boutique spa in Redmond at the moment on a part-time basis and standing by for almost 10 hours made me decided to reach out to clients who need a massage in the comfort of their homes. I am ready to share the experiences I had in the years of my passion which is to make people feel better.
What types of customers have you worked with?
With my 10 years of experience, I worked in Shangrila Hotel Resorts and Spa Singapore as a spa therapist which I can say that I have already encountered people from all walks of life not to mention some rich and famous individuals who travel to Asia, some CEOs from Fortune 500 giant corporations and high profile dignitaries from some countries visiting Singapore.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There is always the possibility that you will end hiring the wrong person, which can trigger a whole series of negative consequences. The wrong person can turn out to be lazy and unmotivated, unqualified.
An impressive list of qualifications and extensive work experience is certainly necessary, but these are not the only things you should factor in.
Focusing on the practical experience of your potential massage therapist is key.
Try to visit their social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram or any website is much better which may offer a better insight into their skills and experience than their resume.
