I like to have a client fill out an intake form to guide the conversation as to what issues they are experiencing and what is their goals for the massage. In doing so I can educate my client as to what they can expect from one treatment and work together to determine I manage isthe best modality for them alone or if massage in conjunction with other therapies may be the ideal
