I provide therapeutic massage therapy sessions curtailed to each client’s specific needs and goals! My clients always get the full amount of time they’re requesting and paying for. My deeply caring nature improves the quality of their experience and facilitation of healing and well-being. Everyone deserves to find balance, and that involves health and wellness maintenance. Receiving massage on a consistent basis is an important and wonderful way to contribute to self-care!
I’ve been a massage therapist for eleven years, working in several chiropractic settings over this time period. I’ve also worked in several spa settings, traveled to homebound clients, some who work from home, as well as provided massage at corporate settings and events. I’ve had the privilege of providing deep tissue and sports massage to the National Volleyball League, as well as other semipro and pro-athletes. I currently provide massage out of my home as well as mobile massage, and do massage for a local photographer prior to photo sessions with her clients.
I’m licensed through the Virginia Board of Nursing as well as nationally certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Body Work.

I typically discuss with a new customer what their goals are, and if I feel I’m able to provide support in reaching these goals, we schedule their session and the location, pricing details, etc. are covered in this interaction. These interactions are usually through FB Messenger, text or phone call.
