About

I specialize in pain, stress and trauma relief. That means I assist you, and your body, with getting to the root cause of the issue. Once the root is identified, we work together to alleviate the root and provide temporary, and in many cases, long-term relief.

Helping people, it's the greatest joy! Not everyone cares if someone else in hurting or in pain, I do. I take much pride and joy in what I do.

    Frequently asked questions

We start out by picking out the best day and time for your initial relief session. You pay your booking fee and make sure you have plenty of room for the table, about the size of a twin bed, in your home, office, or hotel suite. When I arrive, we still go over some of your pain, stress, or trauma triggers and I'll customize a relief session for you 60-75-90 minutes of full body and focus work. I end with giving you relief recommendations and the booking of your next session.

Licenced Massage Therapist since 2014. I also have a background in business.

$25 is the booking fee, paid in advance.

$150 is for 60 minutes, $200 for 90 minutes of massage.

This equates to approx. $2/hr if you ever need to estimate more time for corporate or group massage sessions.

Ask about military, senior, and low-income specials programs!

Found massage through a friend, who was exploring if they wanted to be a therapist. While they didn't move forward, I was interested enough, and I did. I am very glad and wish I had gone to massage school instead of business and grad school.

Athletes and former athletes, the elderly, and most individuals dealing with occasional and chronic pain.

A client with neuromuscular atrophy, who was gonna told he would need to take pain pills for the rest of his life is no longer on those drugs and on a scale of 1-10 experiences occasional 1 or 2 when he had 8 and 9 pain levels chronically. It was a series of sessions, over several months, but he can finally work again.

Always trust your massage professional! Ask questions and if you don't trust what you hear, don't move forward. Talk openly and honestly about your health, your intentions for your massage session, and your PAIN! No one can really help you if you won't be honest about your pain.

Am I committed to healing/ feeling better/ taking control of my health and my pain/ body?

I am ready to make the financial/ spiritual/ mental/ emotional commitment to the process?

Do I have it in my budget to have massage monthly, quarterly, or some other schedule regularly as my body calls for it?
