What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to Covid-19 we have safety guidelines that are adhered to, a questionnaire is answered before filling out the waiver
Medical history is reviewed before treatment starts..questions are asked about certain medications i.e. blood pressure..diabetes..any recent surgeries for the areas being worked on today?" Next the therapy/treatment session can begin ( at this point the client is dressed in loose fitting clothes so stretches are not limited as well) After session: I educate clients with maintenance techniques to maintain the functional results, make recommendations, as well as book future appointments to maintain results.
