What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to address acute or chronic pains so I get a history of how the injury began and progressed. I like to examine posture and range of motion. I like to incorporate stretches to maintain flexibility. I check in on pressure often as to not hurt a client but also make sure the client is satisfied. Open communication is key!
