What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet client, complete an intake form and sign any consent forms needed for the service asked for, or rendered. Follow the guidelines for Covid and wear any protective equipment needed during each service. Get a synopsis of the clients needs. Accept payment for service. Take deposits before service to ensure appointment.
