About
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist practicing in Virginia Beach. I graduated from the Advanced Fuller School of Massage several years ago. My modalities include: Sports, Therapeutic, Swedish, Prenatal and Hot Stone.
I currently see several clients for therapeutic issues. My therapeutic massages consist of deep tissue, sports, trigger point, neuromuscular techniques, and some myofascial. By including different modalities with therapeutic massage I have helped many increase their mobility, alleviate muscle soreness, decrease trigger points and relief stress.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for a new customer will be to quietly come in have a seat. You will be required to fill out one small form. Please allow time to do so. Several other therapists operate their individual businesses at that location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A graduate of Advanced Fuller School of Massage, Bellevue Massage School. Training includes Swedish massage, sports massage, prenatal, deep tissue, touch for health, reflexology, hot stone and additional techniques.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is comparable to other massage facilities located within the area.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked in customer service for many years I have always enjoyed helping people After having several injuries myself I saw the effective results of massage therapy and I wanted to help others as I had been helped.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with numerous clients some just wanting to relax, others with chronic or repetitive motion injuries, accidents or lack of mobility.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I recommend setting up a regiment to maintain maintenance and proper circulation. By doing so consistently you can achieve better results instead of waiting for months only to start all over. Most clients come in with several issues wrong with them. Only so many issues can be addressed in one session. By coming in frequently you can set the client on the road to homeostasis and address/incorporate additional trobled areas over time.
