About

I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for more than 18 years. I also have a experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant. My specialty is injury massage and my favorite modality is cupping. I would love to fit you into my schedule.

I love helping clients understand their pain and how to mitigate it. I also enjoy seeing relief of pain following massage.

My massage left me feeling completely worn out (so many stored toxins), but I felt AMAZING the following day. I have never experienced a massage quite like Kathryn gave. Highly recommend her!!

I started my interest in massage when I was in high school. Then, I began my journey when we found out my daughter had cerebral palsy. I have enjoyed it ever since. Helping people understand where their pain is coming from is so rewarding because it gives them some sense of control over it.
