The Center For Alignment
About
Structural Integration resolves my clients' pain and aches.
I am a Structural Integration practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Personal Trainer. I know how to gracefully allow ease back into a body, through bodywork, and love sharing suggestions on which holistic forms of movement and exercise will allow freedom, joy, and peace back into a body.
That Structural Integration works, and feels amazing! I get so absolutely excited after each session when me and my client get to reflect back and see objectively how their body has improved! It's my greatest privilege and joy in life.
Beyond that, I love that the results last long term... we get to actually make progressive progress- and chronic pain becomes a thing of the past.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat about the history of their body- big injuries and surgeries, symptoms they would like to work through, and what their goal is.
Optionally, we take a before and after pic or video.
then we work together for 75-90 minutes, using steady gliding strokes on skin, selectively freeing and re-balancing the muscles and joints beneath.
I invite them to notice how it feels- this helps their brain to require their posture, nervous system, and movement patterns while we work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of The Guild for Structural Integration, and The National Personal Training Institute.
