I have 16 years experience as a Medical Massage Therapist, Board Certified Master Massage Therapist and have recently licensed as an Esthetician. I provide customized massage sessions and skincare tailored to client's goals. I practice over 30 styles of massage addressing issues like chronic tension, old or new injuries, relaxation/maintenance massage, and corrective/ routine skin care. I strive to have solutions and educate my clients so they have the necessary tools to have progressive results driven sessions.
I love helping clients reduce their chronic tension, pain, and stress levels so they can do the things they love the most. I feel the most rewarding thing is to empower clients with the necesary tools and information so they can see results and get the most value from their sessions. Hearing that a clients no longer have back pain or they don't suffer from headaches, have better range of motion to do sports activites or simply feel healthier is such an awesome feeling because I know their life has changed for the better and I helped to facilitate the results through my dedication to provide outstanding bodywork and explain the "why" to the "what".

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every massage session is about my clients agenda and focused around their goals. I conduct a general intake and assessment to gather information to best tailor the session for my client and discuss appropriate techniques like myofascial work, range of motion, desired pressure, table temperature, aromatherapy (always complimentary), Cupping, or any specific preferences for their session to create the most comfortable and professional experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of UCMT Lindon, UT, Steiner Academy in London,UK, Medical Massage and Insurance Billing through LMT Success Group Las Vegas course, Niel Asher medical cupping-Austrailia, graduate of Skin Science Institute of Laser & Aesthetics in Sandy,UT, and have certifications in specialty styles like Lomi Lomi, Myofascial, Structural, Kenesiology Taping, Thai Poultice, Auriculotherapy, MLD, Whiplash & Spinal Rehab Injury Massage, Reflexology (international seminar presenter), and various others. Hot Stones and Cupping are available for an additional fee. Facials are 50min and start at $85 with LED light therapy and high frequency available for an additional fee.
How did you get started in this business?
I was a classically trained pianist starting at 3 years old, and after taking a break from college majoring in Music and Literature my mother suggested I do Massage Therapy. I discovered that I loved anatomy and figuring out the puzzles of the body and its imbalances and patterns. I have been fortunate to have found another rewarding passion helping people. After working in many 5 star spas, for spinal rehab clinics, chiropractors, and on cruise ships, I felt I could do more for my clients than sticking to limited menus of services and started my private practice in 2015 to offer a more thorough and professional results driven experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many walks of life including professional sports athletes, doctors referrals, marathon runners, golfers, cyclists, and occupations with extensive work at a computer to name a few.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check for licensing, and make sure they ask you questions! It's important you feel listened to and your goals are addressed so you get the most value from your sessions. Yes, the massage therapist is the professional however, you know your body best (you live in it) and it's limitations to pain and what areas trouble you the most. The Massage Therapist should work with you, and educate you on what you can do at home to extend the results of the session.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are their priority areas for the session, what their intentions are for frequency of sessions (game plan for results), if they are a full time therapist or just "hobby time". The latter is most important because experience and dedication to their work will ensure you get the best experience.
