About
I have over 24yrs experience in massage and have worked on thousands of different bodies through the years. My specialty is relieving aches and pains by using firm to deep pressure to loosen up the muscles. I work from my home in Holladay/SLC where I also tend to my 2small children. My hours are very flexible so I’m able to accommodate most schedules including last minute requests.
I love being able to help people reach goals for their bodies’ health. It is so rewarding to know that you’ve made a difference and improvement in people’s lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a scheduled day and time is agreed on, upon arrival we will discuss what your goal and expectations are. We will then discuss the plan of action until we agree on one. I will then leave the room to allow the client to undress and get on the massage table under the sheets.
I will then return to the treatment room where the massage will begin. Communication is vital to receiving the massage you wish to receive. It can take some time to learn the pressure and technique that will work the best to achieve your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the required education and passed the licensing requirements over 24yrs ago. My first year working as a professional I performed over 2500 hours on a variety of people. I spent 6yrs working in a chiropractors office where the majority of clients received massage as part of their recovery from car accidents. Through out the 18 yrs I have been in practice I have performed over 20,000 hours of manipulating tissue to help restore countless bodies to health.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$80/hr $120/90min, and $160/2hrs
My price reflects the average rate for a 1 hour massage. Most establishments will only give 50minutes hands on time because they need to leave time to prepare for the next client. When you come to me, I always leave at least 30 minutes between clients. By doing this I am able to give my clients the entire hour even if they arrived a few minutes late. Not to mention your massage will be with a therapist of experience.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always wanted to help people be happy.. In the career of massage it is almost effortless.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes who have chronic tight muscles and injuries from performance. Helping them regain flexibility and illuminate pain and discomfort in future performance.
Average working people who suffer from chronic tightness, usually from stress and poor posture. Again loosening their tight muscles and manipulating the muscles to help regain better holding patterns for posture. Also problem solving in figuring out what might be causing the issue to reoccur and solutions to prevent future occurrences.
Injured individuals, mostly car accident victims with whiplash.
Also other injuries, usually a fall, brake, or sprain. Even post surgery recovery. Breaking up scar tissue and manipulating tissue to heal properly, helping to illuminate pain.
Prevention of tissue worsening to the point of needing surgery.
Every human being needs massage for helping to undo previous damage to the bodies structure and to help prevent future damage and injuries.
I suggest every person receive at least 1 hour of massage every month. This is the bare minimum. Depending on the severity of the damage to the tissue, some people might need a few hours every day.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have had countless clients arrive with a stiff muscle, usually neck, back, and hips; I am confident in saying in only a 1hour session the majority of clients issue is resolved.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Not one Therapist is like another. Everyone of us have different styles, techniques, pressures, knowledge, and personalities. If you experience one that suits your needs never let them go. If you experience one that does not suite your needs try someone else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do I want to achieve through a massage?
What areas do I feel are tight or uncomfortable in my body?
Do I want the time I’ve allowed to be used to work on the problem areas or do I want time spent on other areas as well?
