I believe the most important part to effective massage is customizing to each person's body. A technique that works for you my not work for someone else and vice versa, that's why I'm trained in many different modalities.

I use active release stretching, deep myofascial release and slow listening to the body to allow it to move and release in its own time.

My massage is deep tissue but not intrusive, however you will be sore for the next 48 hours or so depending on your body and how often you're massaged.

We can customize based on your preferences in any situation.

I enjoy seeing the immediate result. I love having someone limp into my office and lay on my table and listening to their body to acheive the deepest, most lasting release.
