As a practicing Massage Therapist for 23 years I have had the opprotunity to work in a wide variety of clinics, spas and 5 star resorts. I have now taken that experience and tied it all together to bring you theraputic relaxation in the comfort of your own home or in our professional wellness center in Sandy. Our herbal oils are solar infused, our herbal hot packs combine specific herbs for relaxation, and our aromatherapy options are formulated for the individual.

Best massages ever. I wont go anywhere else. Its not just a run of the mill, feel good massage. Angie addresses my specific issues. She listens, and has lots of options for health and healing.

    Her Shiatsu is wonderful!
Unlike other styles of massage and bodywork, it was like a cool drink after a walk in the desert. I felt recalibrated and energized afterwards
    Thank you!☀️☀️☀️

    Frequently asked questions

After discussing my clients needs and expectations and my pricing options I will send an email containing a health form which should be returned via email before the appointment. This health form will allow me to formulate an individualized massage.

I attended Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2000 and since then have expanded my education in various areas of health and wellness such as Cupping, Guasha, Herbology, Aromatherapy and Yoga.

60 minute session $90 90 minute session $135 120 minute session $180. Each of these services include one add on such as an herbal hot pack, herbal infused oil, or aromatherapy Addional add-ons are $15 each

Health is more than recognizing illness and addressing it. It is recognizing wellness and preserving it. I found this idea of preservation to be a missing ingredient in the lives of many and entered into Holistic Health with massage as a way to integrate the two together.

In the begining my work was with individuals with special needs, from there I branched out into massage for caregivers, I was able to learn how to compassionately address stress in this environment. I have also had extra training in Pre and Post natal as well as years of experience working with yoga inspired floor work, range of motion and passive stretching.
My goal for any client is to bring them to a place of deep relaxation where their body can not only preform optimally but rest and recover optimally as well.

I love all forms of healing and not long after I became a massage therapist I began pursuing my Yoga Teacher education. At one point I had the opprotunity to teach 10 minute yoga to a class of 2nd graders. There was unrest in the classroom (not unusual for this age) I put them all in savasana, dimed the lights and talked them through active relaxation, which dramatically changed the charge in the room. Afterward a little boy approched me, grabed my hand and just said "thank you" in possibly the most sincere way I have ever been thanked in my life.
I smile to this day when I think about that beautiful simplicity.

    Questions to ask:
    What is your education?
    What is your certification?
    What is your licensure?
    What is your experience?

It's going to sound super simple but think through your needs, what are you hoping to receive from a theraputic massage session? What are your goals. The session will be more of what you need when you can communicate to your therapist what those needs and goals are.
