My massages include Deep Tissue work, Trigger point therapy and Reflexology as well as aromatherapy. I focus on long term healing and pain reduction and try to educate the client about what is happening in their own body and how they too can positively affect it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the customer fill.out an intake form with some basic questions about their health. After that we discuss my approach and what they are to expect and what to do. Then, I let them get on the table and undress, in private, and relax before I come in to begin.
Afterwards we discuss what I found, somethings they can do at home to help and a strategy for healing, if they decide to return.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger point therapy, Reflexology, Rotator Cuff Release, Reiki, Myofascial (which I do not offer).
I also have a BFA and BA in Art and several teachers certifications.

How did you get started in this business?
Back in 1997 I took my first classes to begin my journey to become a Massage Therapist in San Antonio!

All sorts from the young and athletic to severe burn victims and everyday folks who just need some relation and healing.

I'm always learning from my clients. I never stop taking new courses or investigating new techniques and just simply asking my clients for their input.
