Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new client?
I explain what I'm going to do and what they need to do. Through cheesy jokes I let it be known that they can talk if they need to. I put a half hour between appointments so they can have the full amount of time that they waited and so there is no rush.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Structural Intergration, Lymphatic drainage, Reflexology, Chair massage, Fibromyigia, Aroma Therapy, Aroma Touch: Doterra Oils among others.
Do you have a standard pricing system? If so, please share the details here.
Dollar a minute.
How did you get started?
Walking on Dad's back.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Young, old, very old
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A few years ago I was asked to help a person who was dying transition. She had used all her pain meds and was still huring. I massaged what I could and left. Later she was no longer in the bed, but in a wheelchair. I would massage her and sing to her. She lived for another year and died peacefully.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a professional in your area of expertise?
Try different people. I do free chair massage to make this easier. When you find someone you like, go often.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their needs?
We do not diagnose. Until I get my hands on you, I don't know if I can help you. Feel comfortable.
