Frequently asked questions

Return their phone call as soon as possible, make them an appointment, make sure they know my location, ask if their appt will be their first massage ever if so I reassure them they will have a good experience and their privacy is priority. If they think of any questions they can call me so I can answer their questions. Remind them to arrive 10 minuets early to fill out paperwork.

All my continuing education is related to chronic pain, injuries, and medical massaging.  Therapeutic Massage Specialties is exactly that such as TMJ, Migraines, Whiplashes, Shoulder Conditions, Postural Analysis, Leg and foot problems, PreNatal massages, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome/Release, Neck & Shoulder treatment, Back pain, Plantar Fascitias, Fibromyalgia Treatment, Myofascial Release & CranioSacral.

My prices start as low as $40 & go thru $100 for 1 1/2 hrs.

Chair Massages start at 1.5 per minute at the office or at corporate offices.

I started my business right after I completed massage therapy school in 2001. Trying different means of experiences. Working with others in their business, renting an office, but after all that experience I decided to start my own business.  That’s when I opened my practice in 2006. Never any regrets just experiences to make the best decision for myself.

I have worked with computer people, care givers, dentists, physicians, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, moms, grandmothers caring for grandchildren, students, other massage therapists, bankers, social workers, firefighters, office workers/employees, health coaches, friends, family.  No matter who I work on I give them my all, all my knowledge from each continuing ed class.  I give them their monies worth with TLC. THEY BECOME LIKE FAMILY TO ME.

I VOLUNTEERED WITH THE WOUNDED WARRIORS RETREAT. I volunteered chair massages. To work on our veterans is my honor and serve with love with each massage to help them thru their traumas. I owe it to them. To serve them as they served for my freedom.

Make sure they have their licenses posted in their offices and that they are current. Ask questions like how long they practiced , if they have ever been sued, make sure they went to a massage school and not just trained by a dr.  Ask if they provide the type of therapy the customer is looking for and where they received their training.

If the massage therapist does the type of treatment the client is looking for and where they got their training. Ask for proof for such certification. Ask if they the massage therapist is familiar or done the type of treatment they are looking for.  Do they have referal letters or letters of recommendations.
