I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 11 years now. I specialize in therapeutic, Swedish, deep tissue, myofascia release, lymphatic drainage , sports massage . I’m skilled in hot stones and warm towel therapy.

It’s important that my clients feel comfortable and are confident about their wellness journey as we embark on it together as you gain more body awareness. Massage isn’t just good for your body but your nervous system. I enjoy in helping people relax as well as massage body work. They both come hand in hand.
