My name is Deborah John, the founder of DAPS Training LLC: Healing Hands Sports & Therapeutic Massage (HHSTM). I am a Licened Massage Therapist/ Soft Tissue Specialist offering my services to clients in Norman, Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.
With my extensive knowledge and background in athletics, nutrition and health and fitness, massage for me, is viewed as an important link in the holistic chain in maintaining total health and wellness. This view allows me to add value and bring a different and unique approach to my massage services.
I work with Professional, college and high school athletes across mutiple sporting disciplines, expecting mums, the elderly and your every day client in need of pain and stress relief.
HHSTM massages are customized to each client's individual needs incorporating the use of a variety of massage modalities and stretching techniques to achieve optimum and lasting results. HHSTM focuses on offering services that aid in pain management, stress management, injury prevention and rehabilitation, relaxation, sports performance and overall health and wellness maintenance.
My team and I enjoy being able to give our clients the best services in a comfortable oasis while exposing them to the limitless benefits that massage therapy has to offer.
