I have nearly 18 years experience in a wide variety of bodywork modalities. I start with Classic Swedish, and blend everything from Sports, Triggerpoint, and Myofascial Release to Thai, Isolated Stretching, and Reflexology into a fully customized session.
Therapeutic Relaxation, Injury Rehab, Prenatal and Post Natal, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage are my primary focuses.
I love that my job allows me to see a variety of people and allows me to assist them in their wellbeing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically may speak to a new client via email, text, or phone to answer any questions they may have regarding their appointment needs. New clients will recieve an appointment confirmation along with my Health and Medical Intake form and Waiver.
Appointment fees are due at the end of the appointment, unless prepayment is arranged in advance. As such, 24 hours notice is required to modify or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be billed, via Square, for the full price of the appointment time, and this invoice is due prior to any future appointments being booked.

Each session is priced by time, (as opposed to charging more for Sports or Deep Tissue).
60 Minutes - $90
90 Minutes - $125
120 Minutes - $160
Add-ons such as topical analgesics and Aromatherapy-blended Massage Oil are always complementary.
Dry Brushing ($10) or Hot Lava Shells ($20) may be added for an additional charge.
