I have earned my degrees in medical research, and understand the science of the human body very well. This allows for a more accurate therapy session if you are seeking pain relief, and a more relaxing session if you want to feel stress melt away and more relaxed. Some of my modalities include Swedish, Myofascial release, trigger point, pregnancy massage, pre and post surgical massage, and neuromuscular re-education. I am a former nationally licensed instructor in the modalities listed here.
I am also trained in chakra clearing and balancing, Reiki, and other empathic modalities for a deepening experience in relaxation and healing.
I take time to understand exactly what you are looking for and pay attention to you during your session, so that you get the session you want and come away feeling amazing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss what you are looking for as well as answering any questions about my services, then we set a time for your session. I will text you my office address and directions if this is not an outcall, and we will meet there at the appointed time. Paperwork is minimal and can be done at the office. Once you are there and the paperwork is completed, we will discuss it together until we both have an understanding of how your session will go. I step out so you can get ready, and then your session will begin when everything is set and you are comfortable. As far as payment, I accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and check.
