The De-Stressor is much different than a massage chain store:
1.) The massages are 60 or 90 minutes from the time the actual massage begins.
2.) The massage is tailored to your needs whether that means Swedish or Therapeutic Massage, and either light, firm, or deep pressure. This is YOUR massage! I LISTEN to your requests.
3.) All massages include free aromatherapy, a heated table, and CBD salve. All 90 minute massages include Warm Bamboo Sticks and Hot Stones at no extra charge!
4.) Listen to Spa Music, or your choice of music, or bring your own music.
5.) CBD salve is used upon request to help relieve inflammation in sore muscles at no extra charge.
6.) My typical client is female between 30 and 65 years old. All ages and genders are welcome. No discrimination policy.
I love helping people reach their massage goals, whether it be for relaxation or pain relief. Meeting people and getting to know the "whole" person is critical for a better understanding of their needs. We live in stressful times. Massage Therapy is one of the best things you can do for yourself. You deserve it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients fill out a Client Intake form. (Available on my website: www.the-destressor.massagetherapy.com or in person before the massage begins. Then we chit-chat for a few minutes to discuss the areas of the body that are causing the most tension and stress. The massages last either a full 60 or 90 minutes from the time my hands first touch and not from the time we talk before.

The cost is kept afforable because I work from my in-home studio thus avoiding the high overhead from a single standing facility. I pass this savings onto the client.

Decided to switch careers into the healthcare field and do something positive for other people. Researched Massage Therapy, returned to school, graduated, passed my licensing exam, and started The De-Stressor in 2016.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My Ciients range from 17-80 years old, but the majority are female between 30-65 years old. No discrimination policy. All are welcome.
Most are looking for stress relief due to our hectic lifestyles. Others seek therapeutic relief from injury, surgery, poor sleeping positions, computer work, exercise, and hard work.
