What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After we talk and set a date and hour. They need to set aside at least 10 min extra of the app to fill up the intake form.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Im a licensed massage therapist and esthetician.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I charge for the basic massage and facial 75 dollars for 60 min on my office and a extra 25 dollars for house calls... after that if the client wants to add anything it goes from 10 dollars to 40 depending on the services they want to add.

But there is always a membership option were they only got to pay 65 dollars per month and get a massage or facial with discounts in the add ons also allows them to accumulate points toward free services or add ons and the best part is that its NOT a contract.

How did you get started in this business?

I feel in love with the results I could achive and all the people I could help.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have work from somebody that only wants to relax , with a post operation patien to a person with ALS that couldnt move.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

All my sessions are especial and unique, I always tailor my services to my clients needs... integrating diferent modalities in diferent parts of the body to achieve the best results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

You get what you pay for. If you look for something too cheap to be good most of the time is. Make sure that the person is licensed and does not have a ny complaints on the ethical side of the business, there is always somebody no so professional trying to take advantage of you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

The prospect pros should be able to answer any question they need to ask.
