Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For the initial session I ask that clients arrive to my location 5-10 early to fill out an intake form and so we can briefly chat about what they expect to achieve with their massage.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in 2011 from the Ashland Institute of Massage in Ashland, Oregon. I've continued to develop my skills and learn various modalities through continuing education, as required by license holders, since that time.
How did you get started in this business?
After finishing a 6 year enlistment in the United States Marine Corps, I was looking for a new path to restore balance to my life and heal my body and spirit. Massage therapy provided that for me and now I share that gift, that was so instrumental in healing my own body, with others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes to the elderly and everyone in between.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We all have our unique energy frequencies. Don't settle on a therapist until you find one that matches yours. You should leave each massage feeling like, not only your body has been rejuvenated, but your spirit as well.
