About
I lookforward to seeing long-term progress with my clients through regular massage treatments, and a clear treatment plan! I love being able to help clients use things around their homes to assist in their therapeutic journies!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a phone consultation where we talk about the clients needs and expectations from treatment, as well as gather a brief health history and ensure that the space they have in their office of home will fit the massage table and myself properly, ending with scheduling the treatment.
Once I arrive at the clients house I have the clients fill out an intake form while I set up the table. We then have a quick consultation and assesment before I leave the room allowing the client to get ready for the massage. A couple of minutes later I knock to ensure my client is ready to begin the treatment and we get straight to it! There is a little more communication at the beginning of the first treatment so that I can ensure that I am meeting client pressure preferences.
Post treatment I take down the table and sheets, ask how the client is feeling after the treatment and if they have any feedback for a better treatment in the future. Finally, I ask if the client would like to rebook before leaving the space. The whole interaction takes the time of the treatment plus about thirty minutes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school at The New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics where I was trained in Swedish Massage, polarity Therapy, pregnancy massage, and The Bach Flower Remedies. I am currently enrolled in a program to learn Thai Massage which will be completed at the end of fall! I am also trained in lymphatic massage!
How did you get started in this business?
I have always been interested in therapy, anatomy and physiology, and massage specifically. We had a family friend who was in massage school and needed clients to practice on when I was in elementary school, and chose to work on my mom and I. Since this experience I have always had an attraction for massage. I began massage school in New Mexico at the age of 21!
What types of customers have you worked with?
Anyone looking to have an active role in their health! I assist clients with gaining and maintaining mobility, and provide a space for people to breath easier.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be very specific about your expectations from the treatment from the get go. Sharing more information with your therapist about your intentions from the treatment, the more personalized and relieveing massage you are likely to recieve!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is my pain a chronic issue that will require regular sessions to help relieve?
Am I looking to relax and drift off during this massage?
What are my intentions with getting this massage?
What level of pressure do I generally prefer, from 1 to 10?
