In such stressful time in our country I love being able to help people relax and let go of all anxiety through a nice hot stone Swedish massage. I also love addressing any discomforts in the clients muscles that would better help them function in day to day activities. Massage can help with circulation and getting oxygen to the muscles which is very helpful in providing comfort.

I always have a new customer fill out an intake form so that I have a better understanding of medical history and any discomforts they may be currently having that they may want me to address during our session
