What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client is entered into our system, given a $5 coupon when enrolling in our text and email marketing programs. All clients are given a brochure with info about our services and Each client receives a reminder the evening prior to his/her appointment via text or call. Clients receive specials via text/email bi-weekly/monthly on various products and services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hello Katia Gonzalez owner and operator of ProSpa and salon. I myself am a certified body sculptor, masseuse, aromatherapist etc. I have worked in the customer care, and hospitality industry for years prior to acquiring this Salon. Including owning and operating my own mobile massage business.
