I’m Tamia Forrest, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Esthetician serving the DFW area. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage, with sessions tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
My approach combines relaxation with focused therapeutic techniques to help reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, support recovery, and relieve everyday stress. I incorporate techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial work, assisted stretching, and targeted muscle work when appropriate.
I work with active adults, athletes, dancers, fitness enthusiasts, busy professionals, and clients experiencing muscle tightness or general soreness. Every session includes clear communication regarding pressure, areas of concern, and comfort so that your massage feels both effective and personalized.
