I work kinesthetically to effectively apply relevant bodywork modalities in treating injuries, reducing pain and stress, and increasing range of motion and flexibility. That means that at certain times during the session I will be actively engaging the client to contract certain muscles, resist me in motions, all as part of the overall treatment to engage contractions and joint movements, along with active resistance therapy, to overcome adhesions and fatigue in muscles to bring them back to optimal performance. I have effectively healed serious injuries from chronic, deep lower back pain, to torn achilles tendons that could not be touched for years, to increasing athletes' power to throw following rotator cuff injuries, to eliminating post-surgical pain and stiffness, in clients ranging across the spectrum in age and fitness. I'm enthusiastic about my clients health and wellness and I communicate clearly and expressively to them about how their habits and movements are impacting them and offer genuinely helpful exercises and stretches to aid them in recovery, rehabilitation or maintenance.

I love seeing my clients reactions to pain lifting, stiffness being eliminated, to range of motion suddenly being increased within one or just a few sessions. I love seeing health and Rejuvenation visibly returning to their bodies. I have had the satisfaction of seeing grandparents cry being able to safely pick up their grandchildren for the first time, to the exhilaration of a pitcher letting me know how well he did on the field following our sessions when he couldn't throw for weeks prior, to a mom calling me up with astonished enthusiasm telling me how her legs felt and looked different after working through major adhesions on her thighs that had been causing her lethargy and discomfort.
