What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
“i start by introducing myself to the new client. I ask if this is their first time to have a massage. if this is their first time i explain the different types of massage offered and their health benefits. if this is not their first massage then i ask them what type of massage they are wanting. once that has been established then i brief them on the massage process and what can be expected. i will also ask them if the have any physical limitations or previous pain or injury anywhere so that i can avoid causing pain or further injury”.
